Art in Island

Last November 22, 2018 I joined my niece on her educational tour, we went on different places and the last stop in the itenerary is the Arts in Island Museum. It is located at the heart of Cubao near Araneta. On the outside you can already witness the creativity of the artist that made the works in the museum, the huge name of the museum that  is made out of blocks and woods can be seen there. You can take pictures with the name and standees of cartoon characters outside.

Since our access on the museum was done even before we headed there, we just waited for the foot cover to be distributed. They gave instructions before they allow us to step inside. But if we weren’t had the access before our tour in the museum, we have to buy tickets there for 500 pesos per head when adult, 400 pesos for students, and free for those children who are 3 feet and below.

In other museums, you are not allowed to take photos, but in the Art in Island you can do whatever you want to do with your shots, you have to be creative in taking photos and posing to have an amazing come up.

It is really an amazing experience to be there in the museum because of the realistic artworks that are painted on the walls and floors. Art in Island is a museum that has 3 dimensional art paintings that you are allowed to be part of the art.

As we interacted with the artistic paintings I really appreciated the effort and the passion of the artists that made the whole museum possible. It is an eye opener for those frustrated artists that doesn’t have the confidence to pursue their talaents and passion. We really enjoyed the time we spent there, we haven’t even realize that it was already evening and it’s time to go home. I will surely be back at the Art in Island museum if will given a chance and I will bring my friends and love ones with me, we will create great and artistic memories together.
